Cancellation and refunds

A company admin or billing contact can cancel at any time from Billing, Manage billing in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
Refunds

After cancellation
Paid features stop at the end of the period. The company can still sign in to export its data for [number] days, after which the workspace is deleted [confirm]. Deletion cannot be undone.
