Subscription agreement

Version 2026-10-draft-1. A company admin or billing contact accepts this agreement for their company before subscribing.

License

VelaHema grants the subscribing company a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its own internal transportation operations, by its own employees, drivers and contractors, during the paid subscription. The company may not resell, sublicense, rent or share the service or a workspace with any other company, or use it to provide a competing service.

Fees

$399 per company per month, billed in advance through Stripe, plus applicable taxes. [Price change notice period to be set by the owner.]

Failed payments

If a payment fails, paid features may be paused. Billing, export and account settings stay available so the company can pay or leave.

Compliance assistance

The service assists with compliance and does not certify it. The company remains responsible for its regulatory obligations. See the terms of service.

Data
