Accounts and access

Workspaces are opened only for companies we approve. Each person uses their own account. Company admins control who has access to their company and with which role. You are responsible for activity under your company's accounts and for keeping credentials and authenticator devices secure.

Compliance assistance

VelaHema checks records entered by your company against a versioned set of rules and shows the source of each check. It is an assistance tool. It does not provide legal advice, does not certify compliance with any regulation, and does not replace your company's safety and compliance program, qualified reviewers, an electronic logging device, certified scales or securement inspections. Load plans, axle estimates, routes and arrival times are estimates.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another company's data, probe or disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, track people without their knowledge, or use the service to violate any law.

Your data

Your company owns the data it enters. We process it to provide the service as described in the privacy notice. You can export it at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change features; material changes to these terms will be notified to company admins [notice period].
